Jasper Trading ("us", "we", or "our") wants you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make from www.vintagevaluebooks.in. This Return and Refund Policy explains what you need to know about requesting a return or refund.
We clearly and explicitly state that the books sold on www.vintagevaluebooks.in are used books in great reading condition, which are sourced ethically from various vendors to help you reduce the cost of purchasing books and help the planet through a sustainable way of reading books.
The Books may have small scratches, pen lines in some cases on the cover or some pages.
## Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to damage in transit (pages missing, pages stained, pages torn), you can return it to us within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, please email us at vvb@vintagevaluebooks.in with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond with instructions on how to return the item(s) as well as the address to mail your return.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and determine if you are eligible for a refund based on the condition of the return. Returns shall be accepted if there is damage in transit only. We will process approved refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.
## Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We refund items to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For purchases made via credit or debit cards, refunds will be issued to the same card. For purchases using net banking, wallets or cash on delivery, refunds will be made via account transfer.
